What causes the No forms for current transaction error message? 

Warning in SetNextImage(): No forms for current transaction. FapTotalForms(pRPS->CurrentFapFormsetH) < 1). Processing will continue.

Cause

There is no line in the SETRCPTB.DAT file that had a search criteria on it which matched the record values in the current transaction.
